This Privacy Policy describes how Beynt (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses and protects the personal data of users (“you”) of the Beynt service, accessible at beynt.com.
Beynt is currently in beta. This policy reflects the current state of the service.
The data controller is the operator of Beynt, based in Italy.

We collect only the data necessary to provide the service:
We do not collect payment data or location data. To understand service use and reliability, we may collect daily aggregate operation counts, response times, result counts and error categories. These statistics contain no account, visitor, workspace or content identifiers, IP addresses, search text, saved content or credentials. We do not create individual activity profiles or use tracking cookies.
Error diagnostics may include reviewed event labels, operation and status codes, exception types, code locations and call traces without arguments. Each error group keeps a limited sample of its latest occurrence. Random diagnostic references can link an occurrence to restricted server logs. Email addresses, credentials, saved content and arbitrary error messages are excluded from these samples.
We do not send marketing emails. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Your account data and content are retained as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account at any time from your account settings (Profile → Delete account): your workspace, stacks, artifacts, shares and API tokens are erased immediately upon confirmation. Technical logs are deleted after 30 days by daily maintenance; audit records may be retained where required by law. Aggregate operational statistics are retained for up to 400 days; grouped errors and their diagnostic samples for 30 days.
If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
Passwords are hashed using a strong one-way algorithm and never stored in plain text. Sessions are encrypted and stored server-side. Access to production systems is restricted. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
Beynt does not currently use third-party advertising or analytics services. If you connect an AI app or another integration through MCP or the API, that app can read the content covered by its access key and permissions. It can also save or update content when you grant write access. The connected app and its provider handle the data they receive under their own policies. You can revoke access from Connected apps; revocation stops future access but does not remove copies already received by the app.
Account forms may use Google reCAPTCHA for abuse prevention. When enabled, this service receives technical information about your browser and interaction with the form. See Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
We may update this policy as the service evolves. If changes are material, we will notify registered users by email. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
